As a grief coach, I support people as they navigate the often overwhelming emotions that come with loss. My role is to create a safe and compassionate space where individuals can express their grief without judgment. I guide them through the complex feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, or confusion that may surface, helping them understand and process these emotions at their own pace.
I use various tools and techniques to help people move through their grief in a way that feels authentic to them. Sometimes that means deep conversations, other times it might involve practical exercises, mindfulness practices, or simply being a consistent presence. My approach is tailored to each person because grief is a deeply personal experience, and no two journeys are the same.
My goal is not to “fix” the pain or rush the process but to offer support, encouragement, and tools to help people find their way forward. I help them honor their loss while also exploring ways to live meaningfully alongside their grief. It’s about creating a new normal and helping people regain a sense of hope and purpose, even after profound loss.
Grief massage therapy is a gentle, compassionate form of bodywork designed to support those experiencing loss or emotional pain. Grief often manifests physically as muscle tension, fatigue, shallow breathing, and a sense of heaviness. Through slow, nurturing strokes and mindful touch, grief massage helps release tension, promote relaxation, and create space for emotional healing.
Sessions are tailored to individual needs, providing a safe and supportive environment for processing loss. Ideal for those grieving a loved one, facing major life changes, or carrying deep emotional stress, grief massage offers comfort, connection, and relief through the power of touch.
As a death doula, I support people through one of the most profound transitions in life—the end. My role is to be a steady, compassionate presence for those nearing death, as well as their loved ones. I offer emotional support by creating a space where they can talk openly about their fears, regrets, or even hopes. I also provide practical assistance, helping them with end-of-life planning, like advance directives, legacy projects, or funeral wishes.
Each person’s journey is different, so I adapt to their needs—whether it’s simply sitting quietly with them, facilitating important conversations, or helping manage pain and discomfort in non-medical ways. I work closely with families too, guiding them through the process, offering resources, and helping them cope with the emotions that arise as they prepare to say goodbye.
My work is deeply personal and holistic. I honor the individual’s unique experience, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered as they approach death. It’s not about fixing or curing—it's about walking beside them, holding space for their final days to unfold with dignity, peace, and as much comfort as possible.
